Real Estate Law has changed quite a bit in the last 29 years and we have grown and adapted with technology (e-signing documents, etc.) and the most current laws and regulations, especially the TRID (Truth-in-Lending, RESPA, Integrated Disclosure.)

We have counseled and represented many mortgage lenders, banks and businesses in closing residential and commercial loan transactions. The issues presented include the choice of business entities in which to take title, such as trusts, limited liability companies, corporations  or limited liability partnerships; the terms and conditions of loans; and legal analysis and opinions regarding zoning, title, and marketability issues related to the real property involved.

Paul is an instructor with ABC Real Estate Institute in Haverhill, Massachusetts, providing Continuing Education for Massachusetts and New Hampshire Licensed Real Estate Agents.

Paul is a lecturer for the First Time Home Buyer Programs offered throughout the year by the City of Lynn (Massachusetts) Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development.

In addition to being admitted to Practice Law in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island; Paul also holds Title Insurance Producers Licenses in Maine, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.

Paul may also take your acknowledgements and oaths as a Notary Public in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and a Commissioner of Deeds in New Hampshire.
